David M. Nernberg
David M. Nernberg is a shareholder and the son of the founder, Maurice A. Nernberg, who has been an attorney with Maurice A. Nernberg & Associates since 2007.
He is experienced in a wide range of commercial litigation, at both the state and federal level in Pennsylvania, as well as having extensive experience in the areas of estates and trusts litigation in the Orphan’s Court of Allegheny County. Mr. Nernberg has been actively involved in all stages thereof, from initiation through the completion of the appellate process.
Mr. Nernberg is also an experienced trial lawyer who has participated and received favorable decisions in arbitration, jury, and non-jury trials, as well as through the appellate process. Mr. Nernberg has also facilitated numerous commercial transactions, including the sales of businesses and real estate and has participated in administrative proceedings related to eminent domain and real estate assessment litigation.
Mr. Nernberg is a 2006 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware, where he majored in both philosophy and psychology. Mr. Nernberg graduated law school cum laude in the top 15 of his class.
